区域产业结构调整与土地利用效率关系 ——基于城镇化水平视阈的考察

研究目的：探索城镇化、产业结构调整与城市土地利用效率关系的作用机制及中国东、中、西部三个区域的差异。研究方法：PVAR模型。研究结果：（1）产业结构合理化与城市土地利用效率具有稳定的正向影响关系且在城镇化减速阶段影响最大；城市土地利用效率随产业结构高级化呈倒“U”型趋势且在城镇化加速阶段出现负向影响。（2）产业结构高级化对城镇化的响应具有正向效应，产业结构合理化、城市土地利用效率对城镇化的响应表现为东部为负，中、西部为正的区域差异。（3）城镇化有助于提高东部产业结构合理化与城市土地利用效率相互间的正向影响程度；而在中、西部，有助于提高产业结构高级化对城市土地利用效率的正向影响程度。研究结论：制定产业结构调整及城市土地利用政策应充分兼顾城镇化发展水平及区域特点，提高城镇化对区域产业结构调整及城市土地利用效率的促进作用。

Relationship Between Regional Industrial Structure Adjustment and Land Use Efficiency: An Investigation Based on the Level of Urbanization

The purpose of this paper is to explore the mechanism and regional differences of the relationship among urbanization, industrial structure adjustment and urban land use efficiency. The method of this paper is PVAR model. The results show that: 1)the rationalization of regional industrial structure has a stable positive influence on the efficiency of urban land use and has the greatest influence on the urbanization deceleration stage. The efficiency of urban land use shows an inverted U-shaped trend with the optimization of industrial structure and has a negative influence on the acceleration stage of urbanization. 2)The response of regional industrial structure optimization to urbanization has a positive effect. The response of industrial structure rationalization and urban land use efficiency to urbanization is negative in the east and positive in the west. 3)Urbanization increases the degree of positive influence regarding industrial structure rationalization and urban land use efficiency in the eastern China, while for the central and western regions, it improves the positive influence regarding industrial structure optimization on urban land use efficiency. In conclusion, the level of urbanization and regional characteristics should be sufficiently taken into account when industrial structure adjustment and urban land use policies are formulated, and differentiated management policies should be implemented according to local conditions, so as to improve the positive influence of urbanization on regional industrial structure adjustment and urban land use efficiency.
