| 摘 要： | 研究目的：为合理开展土地利用总体规划修编中的基本农田划定工作提供基于GIS技术支撑的技术方法和工作思路。研究方法：系统分析法和实证分析法。研究结论：以GIS手段进行基本农田数据分析、处理为基础,以农用地分等定级成果为依据,可形成对基本农田划定和保护的智能支持,从而基本实现规划成图的自动化,提高编制基本农田保护规划的工作效率。 |

| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to provide technical methods and practical strategies for reasonable zoning of primary farmland during the revision of land use general planning based on GIS techniques. Methods of system analysis and empirical analysis were employed. It is concluded that in order to basically achieve the automation of mapping the land use plans and improve the efficiency of making primary farmland preservation plans, it is necessary to analyze and process the data of primary farmland based on GIS techniques supplemented with the results of farmland classification and gradation. |
