| 摘 要： | 研究目的:分析农村居民点整理潜力实现的可行性,有效评估农村居民点整理潜力及增加耕地潜力。研究方法:以济南市为例,选取地形、社会经济因素以及土地资源和宅基地利用等11个因素,构建农村居民点整理潜力修正指标体系,将农村居民点整理的理论潜力修正为现实潜力,并根据土地适宜性评价,估算增加耕地潜力。研究结果:济南市农村居民点整理潜力修正系数平均为0.43,理论潜力转化为现实潜力的可行性较差,全市农村居民点整理增加耕地系数平均为25.76%,且北部平原区农村居民点整理潜力大于中南部低山丘陵区。研究结论:(1)农村居民点整理理论潜力转化为现实潜力的可行性受自然条件、社会基础、经济实力和土地资源利用状况的制约;(2)受自然限制性因素制约,农村居民点并不都适宜整理成耕地,应该因地制宜地对农村居民点采用多样的开发利用方式。
