| Abstract: | In order to dodge the key state-owned forest region reform initiation overcutting forest the high risk,proposed the key state-owned forest region by the central committee direct management,sets up the key state-owned forest region reform leadership group by the State Council,with implementation overall plan scientific productive forces layout three countermeasures. |
