集体林权制度改革对林农就业的影响研究——以辽宁省500户农户为例

林农增收、林业增效直接决定于林农林业生产投资行为,集体林权制度改革使得林农成为林业经营的主体,林权制度改革对林农的生产、投资和就业行为的变化特征及其影响因素的研究具有重要的意义。对辽宁省的调查显示,集体林权制度改革对林农的就业行为产生了显著的影响。林改后,林农涉农劳动力投入人数和时间均有大幅增加;劳动力外出涉林打工下降,本地涉林打工增加;林业对富余劳动力的吸纳能力大大增强。

Study on the Impact of Collective Forest Property Reform to the Forester Employment

The increasing of Foresters' income and the increasing of forestry's efficiency are directly determined by the forestry production and investment behaviors of foresters,after the reform of collective forest property,the foresters becomes the manager of the forestry production,and it is very important for us to know the characteristics and influence factors of collective forest property reform on the behaviors of Foresters'Employment,production and investment.The survey in Liaoning province shows that the reform of collective forest property system had a significant impact on the foresters'employment behaviors.After the reform of collective forest property,there are significant increases in the number and time of the foresters'agriculture-related labor inputs;And the number of workers who are going out to work in forest-related jobs is declining,more and more labors are going to work in local jobs that related to forest.Also the capacity of forestry to absorb surplus labors in greatly enhanced.
