| 摘 要： | 湿地保护能给水资源的天然优化配置、合理利用以及综合管理提供保障并能带来巨大的生态、经济和社会效益。应统一湿地水资源保护管理,将湿地水资源开发利用纳入环境影响评价范围,设立湿地自然保护区,有效保护和利用湿地水资源。

| Abstract: | The protection of wetland ensures optimum arrangement,reasonable utilization and comprehensive management of water resources.Wetland brings out noticeable ecological,economic and social benefits.The administrative measures of wetland water resources should be constructive,and the system of environmental impact assessment is needed to use in exploitation and utilization of water resources of wetland.It also suggests that nature reserves of wetland should be built. |
