退耕还林工程研究的演进:过程、特征与展望

为了解退耕还林工程研究的演进过程及其特征并展望该领域未来的研究热点,以1999-2018年核心期刊上刊发的1697篇相关文献为样本,应用高频关键词分析方法对退耕还林工程研究的热点和演进特征等进行阶段性分析;对退耕还林工程研究的总体特征进行分析。结果表明:⑴1999-2018年退耕还林工程领域的研究可划分为“探索总结”“多维研究”“主题深化”和“内涵提升”4个阶段。⑵退耕还林工程研究的总体特征包括5个方面:农户主体是最持续的研究对象;农户收入是最重要的衡量尺度;生态效益是最明显的评价目标;退耕还林工程可持续发展愈发受到关注;GIS应用是最重要的技术支持。⑶退耕还林工程成果巩固、退耕还林工程与乡村振兴战略有机衔接、退耕还林工程可持续发展、退耕还林工程成本效益综合评价和退耕还林工程后续产业发展是未来退耕还林工程的研究热点。

The Evolution of Research on the Grain to Green Program: Process,Characteristics and Outlook

(1)Background——Grain to Green Program( GTGP) is an ecological construction program,which has been the strongest policy support and the highest level of public participation in China so far. For the purpose of learning more about the evolution process and characteristics of research on GTGP and looking forward to the future research hot spot in this field,1697 relevant papers published on core journals between 1999 and 2018 are analyzed in this thesis.(2)Methods——SATI 3. 1 is utilized to summarize and rank frequency keywords in four stages,and high frequency keywords of each stage are used to analyze the evolution of GTGP. Then based on the overall changes of high frequency keywords,the characteristics of research on GTGP are dissected.(3)Results——On the one hand,research on GTGP between 1999 and 2018 can be divided into four stages: Exploration and summary, multi-dimensional research, theme development and connotation promotion.According to the frequency ranking of high-frequency keywords in each stage,the evolution features of GTGP in each stage were analyzed. It can be seen from the evolution process that the main contents of GTGP in different stages are different on the whole. On the other hand,according to the statistical table of high frequency key words,the research trend of the project was analyzed in stages. There are five general characteristics in the study of the project: First,farmers have always been the focus of the project. Second,farmers' income is the most important and in-depth research content of the project. Farmers are the most important participants in the project.In order to get the support of farmers and realize sustainable development,the income of farmers is a problem that must be faced and solved. Thirdly,the ecological benefit is one of the most studied problems of the project.The main purpose of the project is to improve the ecological environment,so as to achieve the ecological benefit of the project. Therefore,the problem of ecological benefits has been concerned by many scholars. Furthermore,GIS technology has been widely applied in ecological benefit calculation and ecological compensation standard setting,etc. And the last one is that the sustainable development of GTGP is attracting more and more academic attention.(4)Conclusions and Discussions——Based on the findings of this research and dominant views in the academic circle,it is believed that hot spots in the future include following aspects: first,the achievements of the project are consolidated. In the process of implementing the project,there are still some problems,such as the decrease of farmers' enthusiasm,the low subsidy standard. Second,there is an organic link between the GTGP and the strategy of Rural Revitalization. The reason is the GTGP is one of the important means of ecological poverty alleviation,it is necessary to realize the comprehensive ecological poverty alleviation through the organic link between the and the strategy of sustainable poverty alleviation and Rural Revitalization. Third,the sustainable development of the project and the improvement of relevant policies,as well as the comprehensive cost-benefit evaluation of the project. As a result of the sustainability of the project is not only related to the consolidation of the project results and how to strengthen the top-level design of the policy,but also related to the comprehensive evaluation of economic benefits,cost-effectiveness and other indicators. Finally,the follow-up industry development of the project.
