| 摘 要： | 本研究在充分调研基础上,分析了北京板栗产业融合5种发展路径及融合发展过程中存在的主要问题。研究显示,北京板栗融合存在着科技推广普及率不高、加工技术落后、物流业发展滞后、市场体系不健全和产业融合度不高等问题,今后应强化板栗科技推广、提高板栗深加工技术、完善板栗物流体系、健全板栗市场体系和加大政府扶持力度,以促进北京板栗产业的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the full research,the 5 kinds of development paths of Beijing chestnut industrial convergence and the main problems in the process of chestnut industrial convergence has been analyzed.The research showed that Beijing chestnut industrial convergence exist the problems of low penetration rate of science and technology promotion,poor processing technology,slow development of logistics industry,unsound market system,and low level of industrial convergence.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the chestnut science and technology promotion,improve the chestnut deep processing technology,perfect the chestnut logistics system,sound the chestnut market system,and increase government support to promote the sustainable development of chestnut industry. |
