| 摘 要： | 在国有林场改革发展中,从主要利益相关者的角度分析在改革推进过程中所遇到的动力和阻力因素,从而完善动力机制构建;同时也利用博弈理论的研究方法,分析国有林场改革主要利益相关者之间利益的博弈关系,并根据Nash均衡策略的最优解,给出了国有林场改革的建议。

| Abstract: | With the development of the reforms of the state-owned forest farms,the driving and resistant forces occurring in pushing forward the reforms are need to be figured out in order to perfect the construction of the dynamical mechanism and the game theory is necessary to be employed to analyze the interest relationship between the major stakeholders in the reforms,thus putting forward some suggestions to the reforms by means of the optimal explanation of Nash Equilibrium. |
