| 摘 要： | 绿色海峡西岸建设是与海峡西岸经济区建设相衔接的林业发展战略,林业人才资源是绿色海峡西岸建设的主力军,人才环境是人才资源开发的土壤,营造并不断优化人才环境,人才的智力才能得以提升,活力才能得以增强,创造力才能得以迸发。优化林业人才资源开发的决策环境、优化林业人才资源开发的投资环境、优化林业人才资源开发的人文环境是绿色海峡西岸建设的林业人才资源开发环境优化的重要对策。

| Abstract: | The construction of green west-strait is a developing strategy of forestry.Forestry human talents' resource is the main force of the construction of green west-strait.Human talents' environment is the soil of human talents' development.Only when the human talents' environment is built and optimized continuously,human intelligence can be promoted,vitality can be strengthened and creativity can be burst out.It is importantly optimizational countermeasures about developing environment of forestry human talents' resources on the construction of green west-strait to optimize the decisional environment,investmental environment and humanistic environment of forestry human talents' resources development. |
