| 摘 要： | 我国从1998年开始正式启动天然林保护工程，这对于保护天然林资源、改善生态环境都有极其重要意义。但实施天然林保护工程后，森工企业却陷入严重困境，本文针对这种情况，提出了解决问题的对策。
