从“清朝双绝”看今日东北林区主战场

在满洲时期 ,大东沟植物区系的森林资源丰富 ,材质优良 ,当时称为东洋第一木材市场 ,对国计民生作出了重大贡献 ,被誉为“清朝双绝”之一。但是不久就被俄、日军国主义者大肆掠夺 ,森林资源遭到严重破坏。新中国成立后 ,十分重视林业建设 ,取得了一定的成绩。但是由于政策的失误 ,特别是“重取轻予”、“重采轻造” ,未能建立符合林业科学的森林作业法 ,导致出现了“两危”的局面。为了挽救天然林 ,恢复阔叶红松林的地带性顶极群落的面目 ,建议施行“抚育式择伐作业法” ,经过几代人的努力 ,“清朝双绝”之一的东北林区本来面貌是可以实现的。

Viewing Forestry Area of North-east Today for Two Superbness of Qing Dynasty

There are abundant forest resources and better quality of wood in Manzhou area.At that time, Dadonggou was regarded as first wood market of North-east. These made important Contributions to the national economy and the people's livelihood. Therefore, it was praised one of two superbness in Qing dynasty. Sooner, because largely plundered by militarisms of Russia and Japan, forest resources were seriously destroyed. After liberation, our country has thought highly of construction of forestry, and has obtained certain achievement. Otherwise, because of fault of policy, and the idea of thinking highly of obtainment and looking down on giving, and scientific operation methods of forest that were not established, crisis of forest resources and forestry economy have emerged. In order to rescue natural forest and resume the top community of regionalism of broadleaf Korean pine, I promote to perform operation method of selective cutting of nurture. Past effort of several generations, true features of one of two superbness in Qing dynasty can be restored.
