| 摘 要： | 山林权属争议是林区生产建设中的老大难问题。作者通过对浙江省山林权属争议案件的调查分析,系统总结了山林权属争议的种类,详细分析了产生山林权属争议的原因,并积极探索在形势下调处山林权属争议的途径和措施,以期减少和及时调处山林权属争议,保障林区正常生产建设秩序和社会的稳定。

| Abstract: | The dispute of mountain forest ownership is long - standing problem in the forest construction. By analyzing the cases of dispute mountain forest ownership, the paper summarizes the categories of the dispute and gives a detailed analysis to the causes of the dispute. It also explores the ways and measures of mediating the dispute for the purpose of reducing and mediating timely the dispute of mountain forest ownership so as to ensure the normal forest construction order and the public stability. |
