| Abstract: | Human is the core and momentum in management,and also is the key guaranty of the invincible position taken by enterprises faces with the intensifying competition.The author explains the present condition and the existent problem of forestry enterprises human resource.Then,base on analyzing it is necessitous to improve the forestry enterprises resource management.At last,point out that should strengthen the merger of forestry enterprises ability key element,could form the key competitive. |
