森林食物在人类营养结构中的贡献研究

摘    要:通过收集各种食物来源2007年世界生产的数据,依据食物营养成分表计算各大类食物所提供的能量、蛋白质、脂肪等重要营养元素的数量,得出森林食物对人类能量、蛋白质和脂肪的贡献分别为8.5%、2.48%和5.01%,定量地分析森林食物对人类营养结构的贡献,并简要分析世界森林食物发展中还存在的问题及趋势。

Abstract:Forestry food can not only complements the diversity of food,but also provides high-quality food and improve food security of humanity.In the paper,human food sources are divided into arable agriculture,animal husbandry,fishery and forestry food.Through the collection of the world production data of 2007of all food sources,the paper calculates the number of energy,protein,fat and other important nutrient elements provided by various types of food,based on the food nutrient composition tables,and draw a conclusion that the energy,protein and fat which forestry food contributes to human is 8.5%,2.48% and 5.01% respectively,which can quantitatively analyzes the contribution of the forestry food in human nutrition structure.Then the paper briefly analyzes the problems and trends of the development of the world's forestry food.
