林农林地流转决策行为影响因素的实证分析——以辽宁省为例

首先从地方宏观政策、家庭情况、非农收入比重、林业资源数量、林业生产投入5个方面进行研究假设,并根据假设确定了13个变量;然后采用Logit模型对变量进行计量分析,分别找出林农林地流转、转出和转入决策行为的影响因素。结果表明:是否知道林权交易市场、感觉流转花费时间、感觉流转难易程度、从事农业劳动人数、家庭非农收入比重、土地调整次数、林地面积和林业生产投入时间对林地流转具有不同程度和不同方向的影响。
