| 摘 要： | 通过对处于农牧交错带的河北省张家口市坝上3县农户的实地调查,应用农户2006年的家庭生产经营与其他行为的实际数据,分析政府退耕补贴政策行为对农牧交错带农户收入的影响。结论为:无论在退耕补贴期内政府执行原退耕直接补贴标准,还是在补贴期限届满后执行新的补贴标准,农户因退耕而获得的直接补贴与种植牧草收入之和大于在退耕地种植传统农作物的收入。

| Abstract: | The paper analysis effect of the government subsidy behaviour of the retirement of cultivated to the farmer's income,using 2006 actual data of peasant household agriculture management and other peasant household behavior.By investigation on the peasant households of Hebei province Bashing three counts in the farm-stock raising Interlaced Zone.The results indicate that peasant households' income from subsidy of the retirement of cultivated and grass is bigger than peasant households' income from crops.Either based on old subsidy level or new. |
