农户公益林抚育需求意愿及影响因素分析——以天保工程区玉龙县和会理县为例

以天保区云南省玉龙县和四川省会理县为例,通过农户问卷调查法,取得187份有效样本,运用二元Logistic回归法对农户公益林抚育需求意愿进行分析。结果显示:受教育程度、林业收入占家庭收入比例、非农收入占家庭收入比例、参加林业技术培训与否、知道公益林补偿政策与否及开展过森林抚育工作与否等因素对农户公益林抚育需求意愿有显著影响。在具体分析各因素后,提出提高农户森林抚育需求意愿、进一步促进公益林保护与建设的对策建议。

Analysis on Tending Demand Willingness and Its Influencing Factors of Rural Households Toward Public Welfare Forest---A case study of Yulong county and Huili county in natural forest protection project area

After the collective forest reform,households become main body of collective forest management,and how to stimulate the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in the public welfare forest tending directly related to the sustainability of collective public welfare forest. In order to reveal the farmer's demand willingness to participate in public welfare forest tending and its influencing factors,the paper carried out two cases study of Yulong county of Yunnan province and Huili county of Sichuan province in the Natural Forest Protection Project Area. The study analyzed the farmer's tending demand willingness about public welfare forest by questionnaire survey method and binary logistic regression methods,based on 187 effective random samples. The result shows that the level of education,the ration of forestry income to household income,the ratio of non-agricultural income to household income,received the training of forestry technology or not,knew the public welfare forest compensation policy or not,carried out the forest tending or not have a significant impact on farmer's demand willingness to take part in public welfare forest tending. And then it analyzes each factor respectively. It put forward some suggestions to promote forest tending demand willingness and further protection for public welfare forest.
