政策性森林保险开展状况的评价与分析——基于福建林农问卷调查的实证研究

基于福建林农问卷调查,对目前政策性森林保险的开展状况进行评价与分析。分析表明:林农对政策性森林保险开展状况的总体满意程度较高,但林农对森林保险的保险责任、保险金额和灾后理赔的评价不高,林农对森林保险的购买意愿并不强烈。针对这些问题,本文提出了完善目前政策性森林保险运行机制的对策建议。

Evaluation and Analysis on the Developing Status of Policy Forestry Insurance——An Empirical Study Based on Questionnaire of Farmers in Fujian Province

In this paper,based on survey data of farmers in Fujian,evaluate and analyze on the developing status of policy forestry insurance in China.Analysis shows that:farmers have higher degree of overall satisfaction with policy forestry insurance,the government's policy of premium subsidy reducing the burden on farmers of the premium,but the farmers are not very satisfied with the responsibility,amount and claim of policy forestry insurance so the farmers don't have strong willingness to buy policy forestry insurance.To solve these problems,we propose countermeasures to further improve the operation mechanism of he policy forestry insurance.
