云南省林业可持续发展能力测评研究

通过20项指标构建林业可持续发展的测评指标体系,并运用主成分分析法提取4个主成分,可解释云南省林业93.513%的可持续发展状况。研究结果表明:云南省林业经营粗放,总产值偏低;林业生态效益增加不平稳、幅度较小;林业快速发展与政府的资金扶持息息相关;林业有助于转移农村剩余劳动力,创造就业岗位。云南省林业可持续发展能力指数变化反映出云南省政府重视林业发展,林业抗波及能力强,由传统林业向现代林业转变取得瞩目性成就。因此,建设"森林云南"重点为健全林业生态体系、优化林业产业结构、增强林业文化体系,化资源优势为效益优势。

Study on the Evaluation of Forestry's Sustainable Development Capacity in Yunnan Province

Through the 20 indicators for the construction of forestry sustainable development evaluation index system,and using the principal component analysis method,the paper extracts 4 principal component,which can explain the situation of sustainable development of Yunnan forestry at 93. 513%.The analysis results show: Yunnan forestry is intensively managed so that total production value is low; the increase of ecological benefits in Yunnan forestry is not smooth and smaller; the rapid development of Yunnan forestry is due to the government's financial support relevantly; Yunnan forestry do good to the transfer of rural surplus labor force and create jobs. Finally,the changes of Yunnan forestry sustainable development capacity index demonstrate: Yunnan province government attaches great importance to forestry development,forestry has great anti spread ability,and it made remarkable achievements while from traditional forestry to modern forestry. Therefore,the key point when construction "Yunnan forest" is to perfect forest ecological system,to optimize forestry industrial structure,to enhance forestry culture system,to alter resources advantage to benefit advantage.
