我国商业银行资本结构的影响因素研究

本文在总结有关银行资本结构理论的基础上,探讨我国银行资本结构决定中的特殊性,并以4家国有商业银行和11家股份制商业银行在1997-2004年间的财务数据,对我国商业银行资本结构的影响因素进行了实证分析。结果表明:盈利能力、银行规模、资产担保价值、资产增长率对资本结构(资产负债率)有比较显著的正向影响,而银行所有制性质对其有显著负向影响,上市对银行资本结构有负向影响,但不太显著。

Study on Influencing Factors of China Commercial Bank's Capital Structure(CBCS)

This paper probes into the particularity of determinant factors of CBCS based on related theories of CBCS. The author makes an empirical study on the influencing factors of CBCS with financial statistics of 4 state-owned and 11 joint-venture commercial hanks from 1997 to 2004.The result indicates that profitability,bank scale,collateral quality,and scale increasing rate have quite remarkable positive influence on the capital structure(asset to debt ratio),while the banking ownership has remarkable negative influence on it,and IPO has slightly negative influence on CBCS
