| 摘 要： | 酝酿十余年之久的创业板市场在我闻终于开启,推出创业板意义重大.为了使创业板市场能够顺利建立并健康持续发展,实现其作用和功能,我国既要吸取国外创业板市场建设和发展的经验及教训,也要结合我国资本市场和经济发展的实际情况采取个性化措施册.据此,本文在设立模式、资源结构、监管制度、信息披鼷制度、退市制度、交易制度和投资者保护制度等方面对我国创业板市场建设提出了对策建议.
