| 摘 要： | 具有系统重要性的金融机构增加了金融体系的关联性,加大了系统性风险。后金融危机时期,多个国际组织和国家对金融监管的缺陷提出了改革方案,强调系统重要性金融机构的监管,加强宏观审慎管理,以提高风险监管和危机处置能力。我国应借鉴欧美国家的改革措施,从宏观审慎的要求入手,关注可能影响整个金融系统稳定的风险因素,从更为全局的角度加强系统重要性金融机构的监管,完善和提高我国对系统性金融风险的应对能力。
