金融稳定政策分析:以议程设定为例

传统上人们一直将金融稳定视为经济学问题。但近年来,越来越多的研究意识到金融稳定更是一项公共政策。本文分析了将金融稳定作为公共政策的原因,并以其议程设定为例分析了金融稳定的公共政策决策过程。在此基础上,将金融稳定的公共政策分析与经济学分析相结合,揭示其对我国金融稳定工作的启示,提出了相应的政策建议。

Analysis on Financial stability:Case of Procedure Determination

Financial stability has been considered as an economic issue traditionally,but recently,it has been increasingly considered as public policy.This paper studies the reasons for choosing financial stability as a public policy and uses the procedure determination as an example to study the process of public policy determination.Under this basis,it combines public policy analysis and economic analysis on financial stability to disclose the implications for improving financial stability in China and raises policy suggestions accordingly.
