江西推进科技金融发展的问题及对策建议

推进科技金融发展对于江西建设创新型省份、推动金融业高质量发展、助力民营经济发展等具有重要的战略意义。文章指出近年来江西在探索完善科技金融政策体系、产品体系、服务体系上取得明显成效,但同时仍然存在政府统筹力度不够、科技金融有效供给不足、解决信息不对称难题能力不强、科技金融统计体系缺失等问题。最后,建议江西应从完善系统化顶层设计、推动产品创新和服务完善、大力吸引金融机构和人才集聚、建设完善科技金融领域基础设施等四个方面着手,推进科技金融健康高效发展。

The Problems and Countermeasures of Promoting the Development of Science and Technology Finance in Jiangxi

Promoting the development of science and technology finance is of great strategic significance for Jiangxi to build an innovative province, promote the high-quality development of the financial industry, and help the development of the private economy. This paper points out that Jiangxi has achieved remarkable results in exploring and perfecting the science and technology financial policy system, product system and service systemin recent years, but at the same time, there are still some problems such as insufficient government coordination, insufficient effective supply of science and technology finance, weak ability to solve information asymmetry problems, and lack of statistics system of science and technology finance.Finally, the paper suggests that Jiangxi should promote the healthy and efficient development of science and technology finance from four aspects: perfecting systematic top-level design, promoting product innovation and service improvement, vigorously attracting financial institutions and talents, and building and improving infrastructure in the field of science and technology finance.
