| 摘 要： | 近几年,各级地方政府融资平台高额的债务规模、巨大的偿债风险、不规范的管理模式等问题越来越受到人们的诟病。本文拟从风险管理角度出发,结合模糊综合评价方法,通过构建风险预警模型防范风险的爆发,促使融资平台健康有序发展。

This paper from the point of view of risk management, combining the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, through the construction of outbreak risk early warning model to guard against the risk of financing platform, promote the healthy and orderly development. |
