中小商业银行适应利率市场化的对策研究

利率市场化使利差收窄，利率波动幅度和变频加大，对中小商业银行的经营管理提出更高的要求。研究结果表明，利率市场化使中小商业银行面临利差收入持续减少、风险管理难度增加、科学定价能力不足、资本补充渠道有限、经营管理风险凸显等问题。为此，中小商业银行须完善内部制度，实施集约化经营管理；加强金融创新，优化资产负债期限结构；提高科学定价能力和管理水平；利用区位优势，走差异化特色经营道路；完善商业银行资本补充机制，引导民间资本进入。
