中小企业团体贷款融资方式研究

随着我国经济不断发展，在国民经济中，中小企业发挥的作用日益重要。但在发展的过程中，中小企业却面临许多障碍，其中一个突出的难题就是中小企业贷款难。与传统贷款方式相比，作为一种创新团体贷款在解决中小企业贷款难方面不失为一种好的方法。本文通过对现阶段我国中小企业发展现状、中小企业团体贷款作用机制以及在中小企业集聚区应用的可行性等进行研究和探讨后发现，团体贷款作为一种金融创新，对于解决中小企业贷款难问题有很大的应用价值。

Research on Group Loan Financing Methods of SMEs

As China’s economy continues,SMEs play an increasingly important role in the national economy.However,the development of SMEs is facing many obstacles.Obviously,one of the prominent obstacles is the bank loans.Compared with traditional bank loans,group loans is a good way in solving the puzzle.This research is mainly on the development status of SMEs,the mechanism of group loans,and the feasibility of application on the SMEs cluster aera.By studying of the group loans,this paper find out that the group loans have great value in solving the bank loans of SMEs as financial innovation.
