农村信用合作组织对三农金融市场资源的配置效应研究

本文从金融中介理论视角，考察当前三农金融市场中基于农民专业合作社、资金互助社、扶贫基金会等发展的农村信用合作组织拓展金融功能，开展资金互助、对外联保、担保，对接正规金融，缓解三农融资困境的效应，以期在现行金融环境的约束下，充分发挥农村信用合作组织的金融功能，使其成为解决当前农村金融问题的一个有效途径。

Study on the Effect of Financial Market Resources Allocation to Agriculture Organization of Rural Credit Cooperative

From the perspective of the theory of ifnancial intermediaries, this article reviews the expanding function of the rural credit cooperation developed by rural productive cooperation funding support group and foundation for poverty alleviation in current rural ifnancial market, developing mutual funds external joint-guarantee and guarantee, matching regulatory ifnance, alleviating the impact from dififculties in rural ifnancing;expecting that the rural credit cooperation would play a sufifciently important role in servicing ifnancial functions to effectively release rural ifnancial concerns in current bindings of ifnancial background.
