突出区域特色强化履职服务——四平市全力助推“三农”经济持续发展

四平市是农业大市。几年来，人民银行四平市中心支行在履职的实践中，紧密结合区域特色，强化金融支持“三农”工作力度，通过政策引导、推进农村金融产品与服务方式创新、强化农村支付环境和信用环境建设、努力支持发展新型农村金融体系，积极研究探索金融服务“三农”经济的有效手段，对于进一步破解“三农”经济发展资金瓶颈问题具有较强的现实意义。

Siping is a city characterised by it’s agriculture.In recent years,in the practice of the duties’ performance,Siping sub-branch of the PBC actively explore the effective measures in supporting the development of the "three rural" economic with great efforts on policy-guide,promoting the innovations on rural financial service and products,intensifying the construction of rural environments on payment and credits and supporting the development of the new type rural financial system.All these substantial efforts above have the realistic significance to further break the bottleneck on the fund lack for "three rural" Economic developments.
