直接融资与区域经济发展良性互动问题研究——兼对通化市IPO上市融资相关问题的思考

直接融资对企业来说至关重要，能为企业扩大生产规模、提高研发水平、开发新产品、扩大市场营销提供资金支持，特别是对那些急需资金的企业来说，通过直接融资获得了足量资金，可以让企业在短时间内实现产业升级，迅速实现企业发展从量变到质变的飞跃，从而带动和促进区域经济的快速增长。因此，直接融资不仅对企业，而且对区域经济发展意义重大。本文从直接融资与区域经济相互关系分析出发，结合区域实际，对区域直接融存在的问题和限制条件以及如何促进直棒融资与区域经济良性互动发展等问题做一些探讨。

Research on the Issues between Direct Financing and Regional Economic Development

Direct financing of enterprises is crucial for enterprises to expand production scale,improve the level of R&D,develop new products and expand marketing to provide financial support.Especially,for those in need of funds of enterprises,a sufficient amount of funds through direct financing can enable companies to achieve industrial upgrading,the rapid development of enterprises from quantitative to qualitative leap in a short period of time,further stimulate and promote the rapid regional economic growth.So,not only for enterprises,but also for regional economic development,the direct financing has great significance.
