| 摘 要： | 稳健的货币政策下,金融机构的信贷投放数量必将受到影响。在这种背景下,如何让有限的资金更有效的流向中小企业,解决中小企业融资难的困境,就成为了一个重要的问题。文章以辽阳市为研究范围,调查研究了金融机构在为中小企业提供信贷支持方面所取得的成效及问题,并针对问题提出了相关的对策建议,以期更好的发挥金融机构对中小企业的信贷支持作用。
