推进资本项目可兑换 促进人民币国际化的思考

人民币资本项目可兑换是实现人民币完全可自由兑换进程中的一个阶段,而人民币国际化是指人民币在国际经贸活动中履行国际货币的职能,成为国际经贸活动中计价、结算和储藏货币,人民币国际化是中国经济发展未来的必然结果。本文首先分析人民币国际化的必然性,介绍目前人民币的国际化现状,进而分析资本项目可兑换在人民币国际化进程中起到的作用,最后对如何以推进资本项目可兑换进程来促进人民币国际化的步伐提出建议。

The Thinking on the Promotion of Capital Account Convertibility and RMB Internationalization

RMB convertible under capital accounts is a stage to realize the fully convertible in the process and RMB internationalization is defined that RMB performs the international monetary function in the international economic and trade activities, it becomes a valuation, settlement and storage currency in international economic and trade activities, RMB internationalization is the inevitable result of Chinese economic development in the future. This paper analyzes the role of capital project convertible in RMB internationalization process, researches that how to promote the capital account convertibility process in order to promote the pace of RMB internationalization from the necessity of RMB internationalization and the present situation, finally puts forward some suggestions.
