| 摘 要： | 中国的金融业还很不发达，致使其直接就业效应尚未充分发挥出来，也使其间接就业效应较低。中国经济金融化水平与就业结构负相关，而金融发展效率和金融发展结构与就业结构正相关，说明储蓄向投资的转化和资本市场的发展对中国就业结构有促进作用。需进一步做大做强金融产业并引导金融市场资金流向中小企业，才能促进经济增长，带动就业。
