The Theory Review of Real Economics Cycle

The real business cycle theory's discussion of monetary policy regimes represents the latest progress of the research on the relationship between monetary policy control and business cycles.The real business cycle theory maintains that money is purely a veil and that output and other real businesses determine monetary variations but not the other way round.This is different from the Keynesian school's money-output relationship.The theory sets us thinking from an entirely new perspective and greatly helps China combine the demand management policy with the supply management policy in its monetary policy regulation.However,due to theoretical defects,the real business cycle theory faces challenges.
