中国文化产业投资基金组建模式研究

文化产业投资基金发展滞后是制约中国文化产业快速发展的重要外部原因。从文化产业发展的阶段、文化产业投资的风险和其发展模式等方面进行比较分析可以得出,相对于风险投资基金和专项资金而言,产业基金是服务文化产业发展的较优选择;由于受到文化产业自身、市场环境和中国产业基金发展水平等约束,公司型基金要比有限合伙人和契约型基金更适合中国文化产业基金组织形式。因此,要实现文化产业和文化产业基金的发展还需要从政府适度介入、政策配套和培养复合型人才三个方面入手,有效化解文化产业发展的资金约束。

Study on Organizing Mode of China＇s Culture Industry Investment Fund

The financial services lag of cultural industry development has been the important external cause to constrain the industry itself.A result could be shown from the stage of the cultural industry development,investment risk and developing mode,the Industrial fund was the better choice of the industrial chain comparing to the venture capital funds and special funds.Meanwhile,due to its own constraints of the cultural industry,the constraints of market environment and the constraints of our industry fund,the corporate fund is more suitable for our cultural industry fund forms.Therefore,in order to achieve the development of the cultural industry and its fund,we should start with the government intervention,supporting policies and inter-disciplinary talents cultivation,and then the constraints can be effectively defused.
