| 摘 要： | 在构建和测算了人民币地区实际有效汇率指数,比较各个省区实际有效汇率指数的差异性,并分析地区实际有效汇率指数的变化趋势的基础上,运用一个简单的人民币地区实际有效汇率影响地区经济增长的模型,基于东、中、西和东北四大地区29个省市的省级年度数据,对人民币地区实际有效汇率与地区经济增长的关系进行检验和实证研究得出:人民币地区实际有效汇率变动与地区经济增长之间存在显著的相关关系,实际有效汇率变动对地区产出有显著的正影响,而且这种影响是不对称的,呈现区域差异的特征;人民币地区实际有效汇率适当升值有利于缩小地区差距,促进区域经济的协调发展.
