| 摘 要： | 20世纪70年代中期以来,金融自由化浪潮席卷全球。本文试图对金融自由化概念及其利弊纷争进行深入诠释,并针对金融自由化在发展中国家的具体实践经验和教训进行客观评价,然后通过回顾中国金融自由化的历程,提出深化中国金融开放的战略措施。

| Abstract: | Since mid-seventies in the 20th century,financial freedom is influencing the whole world.This paper attempts to explain the concept of financial freedom and its advantages and disadvantages in depth.According to the concrete practical experiences and lessons,it puts forward objective evaluation.Furthermore,through reflects the history of financial freedom in China,it purposes detailed strategic measures of financial openness in China. |
