| 摘 要： | 选出台湾地区实施的若干产业政策,以德尔菲法进行各个产业政策影响之评价,研究结果得出“金融奖励措施”、“租税优惠”对降低高新科技企业进入科技园区的资金壁垒具有重大影响。
