| 摘 要： | 在控制风险的前提下，金融自由化通过刺激金融创新，以金融发展促进经济增长。基于金融风险的认识差异，不同区域的金融发展对区域经济增长的影响也存在重大差异。金融发展对珠三角的经济增长贡献极其有限，且不具统计上的规律性；在长三角地区，金融发展对经济增长具有重要意义，已成为拉动经济增长的引擎。自由化背景下，在利用金融创新提高经济竞争力方面，珠三角被长三角抛在了后面，也不如环渤海。
