关于加快内蒙古鄂伦春自治旗经济发展的思考

鄂伦春族作为我国人口较少的民族之一,在新世纪新阶段其经济社会的全面发展得到了国家的高度重视。目前,作为鄂伦春族聚居地的内蒙古鄂伦春自治旗的经济及社会发展状况与内蒙古其他民族自治旗相比仍然有一定的差距,与同是鄂伦春族聚居地的黑龙江省黑河市新生鄂伦春民族乡的经济社会发展状况相比也比较滞后。本文试图从内蒙古鄂伦春自治旗经济发展滞后的现状出发,从民族区域自治政策本身及其贯彻执行的各个方面探讨内蒙古自治旗经济发展滞后的现实原因,旨在从政策的层面发现并解决现实的经济发展问题。

Thoughts on Fastening the Economic Development of Oroqen Autonomous District of Inner Mongolia

As one of the nationalities with smallest population, the state government has attached great importance to the overall economic and social development of Oroqen nationality at new stage in the new century. At present, there still exists certain spatial difference between Oroqen autonomous district and other autonomous districts of Inner Mongolia in economy and social development situation. Compared with the Xingsheng oroqen nationality county in Heihe, Heilongjiang, the economic and social development situation of Oroqen autonomous district is relatively lagging. In this paper, based on this kind of situation, the author discusses the realistic reasons from the aspects of the policies of national regional autonomy and its implementing etc. The aim is to find out and solve the realistic economic development problems from the policy level.
