| 摘 要： | 本文在分析新时期对人才培养提出新要求的基础上,根据民族地区财经类本科专业应用性创新人才的特征,从基础课程改革、强化实践教学、建立系列课程入手,界定了构建培养财经类应用型创新人才的人才培养新体系,对财经类应用型创新人才培养体系的规划建设及运行机制进行了探讨。
