物流人才培养模式与企业需求相脱节严重制约了物流行业的健康发展,根据企业人才需求实际改革内蒙古财经大学物流人才培养模式,对于提高人才培养的质量具有重要的意义.物流专业人才培养模式是一个体系,要从我校物流专业的专业特色优势定位、专业培养目标层次、课程体系设置到相应的教学方法改革进行系统的研究.从而理清人才培养的思路及方法,增加我校有效的人才输出能力.

Research on Logistics Management Teaching System of Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics

The out of touch of logistics talents training mode with enterprise need has seriously hampered the healthy development of the logistics industry. It is of great significance to reform the logistics talents training mode of IMUFE so as to improve the talents training quality according to the actual needs of enterprises. Logistics profession- al training mode is a system,which needs to carry out a systematic study from the aspects of the specialty character- istics, the priority and the orientation of the logistics specialty of IMUFE, the specialty cultivation levels, the course system set - up and relevant teaching method reform. The purpose is to make clear the talents training idea, methods so as to strengthen the talents output competence of IMUFE effectively.
