内蒙古农村人力资源的现状及开发利用对策

人力资本在经济发展中具有重要作用,这已得到了实践和理论的证明。内蒙古是边疆少数民族地区和经济相对落后的西部省份,农村人力资源数量丰富,人力资本匮乏和人力资源质量不高,制约其经济发展。加大农村人力资本投资,完善农村教育培训体系,优先发展内蒙古农村教育和科技等工作,实现有效的人力资源开发,进而促进社会经济的发展以及和谐社会的构建。

On the Present Situation of Inner Mongolia Rural Human Resources and Countermeasures on Development

It has been proved in practice and theory that human capital plays an important role in economic development.As a frontier minority region and with relatively backward economic development,there are abundant rural human resources in Inner Mongolia.However,lack of human capital and the poor quality of human resource restrict its economic development.Therefore,we should increase the input of rural human capital,perfect rural educational and training system,give priority to the development of rural education and scientific work so as to realize effective human resources development,further promote social and economic development and the construction of harmonious society.
