| Abstract: | Combining with the actual situation of Hchhot - Baotou - Erdos urban agglomeration, this paper introduces ＂external embedded within service industry cluster development＂ mode and puts forward suggestions on how to promote the agglomeration of producer services in Hohhot - Baotou - Erdos urban agglomeration. |
