大专院校开设轮滑选修课程的可行性分析

随着科学技术的进步、社会生产力的提高、经济的发展及国家的富裕和盛强,人们更加重视"健康第一"的观念,对于终身体育要求更加强烈。因此,新时期我国各高校体育课应该根据教材的要求,围绕"健康第一"的主题,以"终身体育"为理念,把全面发展学生心理素质和提高学生健康水平作为指导思想和出发点,大力开展健身性、娱乐性、方便性等为一体的体育运动。轮滑正是这样一项体育动动,它可以有效提高学生心理素质和健康水平,融健身性和娱乐性于一体,不受场地气候等条件的影响,具有丰富的竞赛性与趣味性,对学生的心理和生理训练益处颇多,所以,将轮滑列入大专院校教学课程中有一定的现实意义。

An Analysis of the Feasibility of Opening the Selective Course of Skidding of Vocational College

With the progress of scientific technology,the improvement of social productivity,the economic development and the prosperity of the country,people attach more importance to the concept of"health first",and their desire for life-long physical education become more and more stronger.Therefore,at new era,centered on the theme of "health first",with the concept of"life-long physical education",using developing students’psychological quality to a full scale and improving student’s health standard as guidance and starting point,college physical education course should develop the sport activity integrated with health building,entertainment and convenience fully according to the teaching materials.Skidding is such a sport activity.It can improve students’psychological quality and health standard,integrate health building and entertainment,and be immune to space and weather.In addition,it should be competitive and interesting,which is helpful to students’mental and physical training.Therefore,it is of realistic significance to induce skidding to the curriculum of Vocational College.
