内蒙古农牧业产业化与发展培养新型农牧民的策略分析

农牧业作为内蒙古的优势产业,但受自然、经济、社会等诸多因素的影响,农村牧区基础薄弱、农牧民素质较低等问题日益突出,农牧业可持续发展受到极大制约。培养新型农牧民,加强农牧区基础设施建设,促进农牧业产业化,是解决这些问题的关键。本文分析了内蒙古农牧业产业化对农牧民素质的需求、现阶段内蒙古农牧民的素质状况及培训体系的不足,提出围绕农牧业产业化培养新型农牧民的策略。

A Study of Inner Mongolia Farming & Animal Husbandry Industrialization and the Training of Farmers and Herdsmen

Farming & husbandry industry is a competitive industry.However,due to the effect of nature,economy and social factors,the problems,such as,the low cultural quality of farmers and herdsmen,are becoming more and more obvious.The sustainable development of farming and husbandry industry is restricted to a great extent.Cultivating new type farmers and herdsmen,strengthening the infrastructure construction of farming and herdsmen regions and promoting farming & animal husbandry industrialization are the key to solve these problems.This paper analyzes Inner Mongolia farming & animal husbandry industrialization’s requirement for farmers and herdsmen’ cultural quality,the present situation of Inner Mongolia farmers and herdsmen’ cultural quality and the shortcomings of the training system,puts forward strategies to cultivate new type farmers and herdsmen in farming and animal husbandry industrialization.
