| 摘 要： | 3G业务的技术特点以及高速的数据传输能力,将为电信业的发展注入新的活力。未来中国3G市场将由原来的基础业务普及所带来的用户数量增长型,转变为通过业务吸引和全新的运营模式推动的新一轮消费型增长,以多媒体、数据业务为代表的增值业务必将取代传统的语音业务成为运营商最重要的收入来源。因此,3G运营应该创建新的品牌,着力创造丰富的业务形态,整合资源、掌控产业链,进行准确的市场定位,为顾客提供差异化的服务。
