Major factors affecting current macro economy

Great changes have taken place in the economic situation both at home and abroad; China＇s macro economic structuring policies have taken effect remarkably; and economic growth rate has declined from high levels. According to the author＇s findings, China＇s economy has reversed its overheated trend and entered a downward path while the intensifying price growth has eased. The paper suggests importance should be attached to some new issues in the domestic economy, such as difficulties in the manufacturing sector, challenges facing the real estate industry and the retreat in household consumption. Also, developments in the US finance market and its impact on China must be taken into full consideration. As for the future, the author believes that China＇s economy can maintain its momentum of stable and comparatively rapid growth if the country can ensure proper strength and timing in its macro-economic policy and regulation.
