| 摘 要： | 2013年6月以来，银行间资金市场价格多次出现短期内飙升现象，市场流动性问题引发了社会各界的高度关注。本文从货币信贷的总体运行特征、资金市场基本面以及商业银行资产负债表三个方面，对当前流动性问题产生的机理进行剖析，并提出相关政策建议。

| Abstract: | The interbank market has undergone price surges several times within a short period since June 2013, and the liquidity distress has drawn wide attention. This article analyzes the mechanism of the liquidity distress in terms of the overall performance features of money and credit, the fundamentals of money market and the balance sheets of commercial banks, and then makes relevant policy suggestions. |
